Terms of Service

General terms:
- Provide clear reference images or detailed descriptions of your order.
- Be respectful of me and my process.
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time, for any reason.
- Your character/s may be subject to an additional fee for complexity.
-You must be 16+ OR have parental consent to order a commission from me.
- Payment will be issued in full upfront, after I have provided you with the sketch, or 50% will be sent upfront with the remainder being sent after the sketch update.
- Payment plans will be applicable for orders totalling £120 or above, exceptions may be made considering your circumstances, and will be decided by the seller.
- The seller will only accept payment via PayPal with the amount sent in GBP.
- Chargebacks may be subject to legal action.

Process terms:
- The creation process will generally take between 2 weeks and 1 month from the day I begin your commission. Wait times may be long - check my waitlists to estimate wait times.
- Updates will be given at these stages: sketch, flatcolours, finish. You may request additional updates.
- You may move up in the queue but this will cost an additional fee per position moved.
- You may request a rush commission and become priority, this will be subject to an additional fee.
- You may request changes or additions to the artwork but you may not request a character change once the sketch has been completed.
- You may request small changes or additions to a custom design commission but you may not request large changes or for the design to be changed entirely once the process has begun.
- Commissions may take longer than 2 months depending on my own wellbeing and spare time. If the wait time exceeds 5 months you will be compensated with a 50% off discount on any future commission.
- WIPs (work in progress) updates will not be provided for sketch/simple commissions.

Copyright & Commercial Use:
I own full rights to all artwork I create.
Agreements can be made to allow commissioners shared rights.
I may;
- Post or share the artwork whenever I wish to do so.
- Advertise myself in any way with the artwork I have created.
Commissioners may;
- Print the artwork for personal use.
- Upload the artwork (with credit) to character profiles, social media threads or channels but not as an independent post.
- Ask for permission to create PERSONAL custom items (such as keychains) which must not be sold or commercialised.
Examples of copyright infringement include:
- Selling the artwork in any form (prints, keychains, aparrel, etc)
- Using the artwork to advertise yourself in any way. (profile pictures are exempt to this rule, as long as the artwork is not passed off as your own).
- Making any money or profit off of the artwork.
- Making alterations to the artwork.
- Removing my watermark.
Commecrial use agreements
Rights to commercial use will be up to 350% of the commission's cost.
You will be made to electronically sign a legal agreement detailing your rights and my terms.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds may be requested & discussed, but once payment has been recieved the seller will determine whether or not a refund will be given.
If the seller does not provide a refund, compensation may still be given in the form of discounts on future commissions.
If you decide to cancel the commission at any stage where the artwork is already in creation, compensation for the progress on the commission must be given.
Chargebacks may be subject to legal action.
